Our services cover everything, we will handle all aspects of the building process for you, including material acquisition, contracts, any other necessary legal requirements and making sure that the build is done efficiently and on time. With proper "Project Management" you will save more than the cost of having a good "Project Manager" with the money we can save you on material and labour costs etc. "Project Management" in Bulgaria would cost a lot more than this normally and we offer a 100% reliable service to our customers with guaranteed regular contact from us as often as you would like, monthly, weekly, or even daily, its up to you the customer.
